General activities included: Coordinating and organising international seminars, as well as guiding and inviting international speakers. Creating, designing, and leading the process of new curriculum development regarding the integration of evidence-based practice into the undergraduate nursing curriculum. The current curriculum covers evidence-based practice theory and activities across the curriculum and two new courses on applied research have been integrated. This change positively impacted other professors, clinicians, and students. Guiding and supporting the Scientific Academy of Nursing Students (ACENF in Spanish) in order to consolidate them as an autonomous body that promotes science and scientific development of the nursing profession in Chile. Participating in different activities organised by the Nursing School, such as staff meetings, social activities, among others.
